Artemisa, Havana Dec. 14, 2010 - South west of the province of Havana, where the land there is more red than any other part of this island is a man resisting all attacks and unimaginable atrocities that only seem exist in the mind of occasional writer of fiction but it is not the case I am referring to is a raw and living reality embodied in the person of alquizareño Cecilio Ruiz Rivero, unwavering opponent who does not yield to blackmail or threats of thugs for hire.
Back in 1992, making his first sentence for enemy propaganda, a penalty that died in 1995, shortly after 1997 was again indicted, this time for contempt, was sentenced to four years imprisonment, with no time to as they say in good Cuban, take a break, is again processed, this time for oral enemy propaganda, sentenced to three years on this occasion, as in the 2005 when he was released was not given time as before to even be with their loved ones and again sanctioned by contempt and propaganda, to be so imposed a penalty of four years in prison, making that has to its credit of tireless fighter for a total penalty of 14 years, not counting the 5 months he was held in masorra psychiatric hospital, where he refused to be about the abuse in that place are provided to patients.
Cecilio has himself had to leave the hospital for these reasons and blamed the Cuban government for state and psychological state in which they left as a result of repeated closures and constant persecution of his person, as well as physical aggression to their dwelling, which has been attacked with stones, endangering not only his life but that of her mother 65 years of age, who is also a sick person.
To make matters worse on 28 September was detained for forty-eight hours would not interfere in the activities of the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR).
Maybe someone above seem much, but am sure something is the fact that I would not never happen so it has gone through this tireless fighter for human rights, a victim of state terrorism both are filled mouth authorities of this country to report to international organizations.
exists in Cuba While the current state of affairs and the blindness of the country who today misgoverns root is not removed, there will be other Cecilio even willing to die for freedom and democracy, as many Cuban victims of politics of hate for over fifty years of communism has had to suffer.
