However, the NED, the agency responsible for approving the funds for democracy we have been denied our request on three occasions funds. in order as I said earlier fight side by side with the most suffering are the ordinary people that has already begun to see ourselves as their legitimate representatives in the absence of such action by the authorities for quite a long time have oblivious of his people.
But without resources and had only minimal our conviction and selfless assistance by the organization Operation Liborio, based in Puerto Rico, is able to move this project has already begun to walk again and not stop because of any obstacle, because the reason that drives it is greater than any meanness, for this reason we find it necessary to clarify that one should not generalize in any way when referring to a subject as delicate and sensitive when it is through the sacrifice of many patriots who do not see the resources a reward for his struggle, but a path to freedom longed for many years.
For this reason, together with this note we will deliver our project documents Municipalities Opposition to have the opportunity to know which is the same and the proposed goals, goals which aim to achieve the highest aspirations of the people Cuba, with or without the necessary resources for them to be, to which if we are not is to see how miserable we are beggars because in the end the problem of Cuba is we, the Cubans.
